For Threshold, Lisa gracefully keeps the money moving forward by tracking the long view and jumping efficiently from minute details to Big Picture. She pulls together the financial analysis, and presents it in a way that is easily digestible to those outside the field – no crystal ball required. Lisa is also our key liaison between accounting and project management and maintaining the integrity of our internal data as well as our minds.
She has been with Threshold before we became Threshold, knowing and working alongside the founding partners since 1999. Before that, Lisa was fielding hundreds of daily phone calls while working the front office for an agglomeration of fifteen small companies, keeping track of travel and reporting for a regional sales staff, and managing the project accounting for a design firm with thirty staff and eighty or more active projects at a time. Rather than rest on her laurels, Lisa additionally serves as a full-time chauffeur to her three very active teenage boys.
